tilley
graduated from the birmingham institute of art and design in 2005
with first class honours after specialising in animation. she has been animating
for four years, being awarded a d&ad yellow pencil for her promotional
animation for channel 4’s ideas factory, nominated for a royal television
society regional award in 2005 and nominated for two 2006 british animation
awards. Her films have also appeared in arts events such as birmingham’s
arts fest in 2004 and 2005, rolling stock film festival, 7 inch cinema and
london’s super shorts film festival. In 2005 she was granted an animation
bursary from the light house in wolverhampton where she produced ‘onions’,
an unusual insight into the perils of growing vegetables, and is currently
working as a freelance animator based in the midlands. |
